What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ varies by product type. Fridge magnets, badges and similar products have an MOQ of 100 pcs; complex products have an MOQ of 50 pcs. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ details.
How long does customization take?
Under normal circumstances, from design confirmation to production completion takes 7-15 working days, depending on order quantity and product complexity. We will provide you with a detailed production schedule.
Can you provide samples?
Of course. We offer prototyping services so you can confirm product quality and design effect before bulk production. Prototype fees can be credited against bulk orders.
