Materials and Structure
The body is typically made from zinc alloy or aluminum, chosen for rigidity, hand feel and plating adhesion. The flip lid uses a hinge structure that opens with a controlled snap and is designed to stay closed during normal transit. Inside, a metal pan can be fitted so the customer can pour or press solid balm directly into the container.
