Materials and Structure
The badge body is die-cast or stamped from zinc alloy, then polished before plating. Soft enamel fills recessed areas with color and leaves a slight tactile step; hard enamel is ground and polished flat for a smooth surface that resists scratching. Printed infill supports gradient or photographic artwork such as detailed flags, crests and mascots. Standard plating options include gold, silver, nickel, antique bronze, antique silver and black nickel. A protective epoxy dome can be added on request for extra abrasion resistance.
Performance and Daily Wear
